Rubeena worked for 13 years in multinational companies in the UK and Australia before she joined Global Tax Services in 2015. Her international tax experience in the industry spans the areas of transfer pricing, due diligence, direct and indirect tax compliance, and transaction structuring. In the UK she was responsible for tax compliance and reporting for several countries in Europe and gained her first experience of transfer pricing. In Australia she gained deeper experience in acquisitions and due diligence. As she was responsible for functions , she has represented her employers on numerous occasions during tax audits.
Since 2015, in her consultancy role, she has worked with many multinationals and investors on projects covering mitigating tax assessments, tax structuring, economic substance advisory and compliance, transfer pricing, withholding tax disputes , and permanent establishment determination. Whilst Rubeena has worked with many clients with a presence in the Middle East, her focus has been the African jurisdictions .
Rubeena is a writer for the MNE Tax and has held seminars/webinars on topical international tax issues. As well as being the director of GTS Africa, she is also a partner at Global Tax Services in the UAE.
She is also a member of International Fiscal Association of South Africa and the Mauritius Institute of Directors.

Kennedy has over 25 years of professional experience in dealing with international and domestic tax issues. He worked as a Regional Manager for Africa, Middle East and Latin America at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD) in the Netherlands, as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Zambia, as a Senior Tax Inspector at the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) and, on secondment, as a Tax Advisor at the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in France.
Kennedy has managed numerous tax advisory assignments for major multinational enterprises in the mining, banking and financial, insurance, energy, telecommunication, construction, manufacturing and agricultural sectors. In tax policy, he has acted as a lead consultant on a number of assignments, including tax policy advisory and training for the Zambia Ministry of Finance, the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) and for many governments and tax authorities in the Sub-Saharan Africa region. He has published widely on both the Zambian and global tax systems.

Bahi spent 11 years at Deloitte Côte d'Ivoire, where he headed the legal and fiscal Department as a director. During his time at Deloitte, he worked on many tax and legal projects in industries which included mining, oil and gas, telecommunications, banking and insurance and agro-industry. Prior to his tenure at Deloitte, Bahi was at PWC where he spent 7 years in the international tax department.

Paul worked for six years in the tax consulting firms of Deloitte and Ernst and Young in Côte d'Ivoire as senior tax advisor before joining Schlumberger Oil Services as group tax manager for the Central and West Africa regions.
At Schlumberger, Paul dealt with compliance and advisory matters for several jurisdictions. He further consolidated his experience in the region in his position at Deutsche Post DHL where he was responsible for all tax matters covering eight jurisdictions in Central and West Africa regions. He was responsible for managing the tax exposures in these countries and as such was heavily involved in the settlement of audits with the Tax Authorities.
Paul is very active in training through Top Tax Academy, which is dedicated to professional development in the taxation field. He is also the author of several articles in specialized journals.
