Paul Koffi Goli holds a Master’s degree in Taxation (Master 2 – Specialized Taxation and Business Law) and a certificate in International Tax from the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation. He has more than 13 years of professional experience in taxation in the private and public sectors.
Paul worked for six years in the tax consulting firms of Deloitte and Ernst and Young in Côte d’Ivoire as senior tax advisor before joining Schlumberger Oil Services as group tax manager for the Central and West Africa regions.
At Schlumberger, Paul dealt with compliance and advisory matters for several jurisdictions. He further consolidated his experience in the region in his position at Deutsche Post DHL where he was responsible for all tax matters covering eight jurisdictions in Central and West Africa regions. He was responsible for managing the tax exposures in these countries and as such was heavily involved in the settlement of audits with the Tax Authorities.
Paul is very active in training through Top Tax Academy, which is dedicated to professional development in the taxation field. He is also the author of several articles in specialized journals.
